S.S.E.S. Risk School Evacuation Centers

If an evacuation is ordered students will be taken to a pre-assigned host school. They can be picked up by a parent or other authorized person with proper identification (i.e. drivers license or social security card).

If an evacuation is ordered parents should not go to their child's school if it is located in the 10 mile EPZ as this will only interfere with the evacuation process. They should report to their child's per-assigned host school.

If an evacuation is ordered and students attend a school outside the 10 mile EPZ but live inside the EPZ, they will be retained at their school until picked up by a parent or authorized person with proper I.D.

Danville High School, (271-3268 ext 2000) 600 Walnut Street - US-11 south to Danville - left on Railroad Street - left on Market Street - left on Walnut Street to school

Danville Middle School, (271-3268 ext 3000) 120 Northumberland Street - US-11 south to Danville - school is on left just south of State Route 54

Danville Elementary School, (271-3268 ext 5000) 401 Front Street - US-11 south to Danville - left on Church Street - left on Front Street to school

Mahoning Cooper Elementary School, (271-3268 ext 4000) 1606 Bloom Road - US-11 south toward Danville - Bear right on to Valley Road (located 1/3 mile south of the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds) - Proceed on Valley Road which turns to Bloom Road

Liberty Valley Elementary School, (271-3268 ext 6000) 175 Liberty Valley Road - US-11 south to Danville - right on to State Route 54 - right on to State Route 642 - proceed through Mausdale to the school
